Blow molding machine
The customer wanted:
The customer wanted to put a logging module on their blow molding machine, to track cycle time, and real-time production information. And simple manuel stop type registration.
The solution:
- A log module tracking stop / started and cycle time.
- A tablet mounted on the machine for type of stop registration.

The log module (info):
The customer already had wifi in the production area so we mounted a wifi version of our log module. The logging module is powered by a eu version of power supply 220V ac. and read the states from 24v inputs. and it have a bracket for easy mounting on electronical din rail.
The data output and acces (info):
The customer wanted:

The customer already had wifi in the production area so we mounted a wifi version of our log module. The logging module is powered by a eu version of power supply 220V ac. and read the states from 24v inputs. and it have a bracket for easy mounting on electronical din rail.
The tablet (info):
The customer already had wifi in the production area so we mounted a wifi tablet for manuel registration of stop type. The tablet is powered by a eu version of power supply 220V ac and can be powered by eather usb or regular power supply. The tablet got mounted on a bracket where the machine is controlled, for getting people to registrate stop type.
When the machine is stopped, it opens automatically this page when the log module registrate the stop on the machine:
The blinking text says Machine is stopped chosse stop type. If the worker start the machine whitout registrating the stop, its automatically get the reason unknown.
The data output and acces (info):
The customer got a link for easy accesing there data everywhere at any time.

The blue is running and red is stoppet in the chart. In the top menu they got Home/there frontpage, back button and print for easy printing the chart if you click on the bar you want to see the stop types for you get this page:
There you got a single bar for the choosen day or you can choose for more days. If you hold the mouse over the chart you get a list with more info and count of types. And again in the top menu you get the easy acces for navigation and easy print options. They also wanted the stop data in a list ordered by time of registration it looks like this:

They also wanted a live running page for following the run from home so we made a page where you easy see a live diagram showing the cycle time and running state, it also under the black line got the stop type showed red/yellow is unknown stop type. Shuttle train
The customer wanted:
Logging of stop type and time of stop on there shuttle train, the shuttle train pickup products from 8 stations and deliver at 2 stations.
The solution:
- A log module for registrating the reset presses (button).
- A accelerometer in the logging module to track if the shuttle train is stopped.
- A compas in the logging module to track where the train is stopped at (Gps was not a solution because of the concrete building and roof).

The customer already had wifi in the shuttle train area so we mounted a wifi version of our log module. The logging module is powered by a eu version of power supply 220V ac. and read the contact state of a contact mounted on 2 buttons mounted on the shuttle train.

To track time of door openings, customers count in store and track at what time they have the most visits for better arrange the count of workers.

Car location and stop choices
The customer wanted:
Customer wanted to track there sellers location and stop / usage type.
The solution:
A module installed with a gps and a 4g module. gps for location live and 4g module for uploading the data to the cloud..
The log module (info):
powered by the cars 12v system.
Monted a small Button panel in the car with 3 buttons, one for private (red) one for business (green), and one( Blue) for meeting start / stop and if you Press the green/Blue at same time you stop metting / at customer and it’s direct in ready to drive in business.....
The data output and acces (info):
Webiste with map for live locations. and a list of stop types and time usage (stopped) before car move/drive again. if you click on a specefic car on the map. You Can ser live speed at location... and old speeds / lacation...
